If you figure that out you will find it.Your IP address has been temporarily blocked due to a large number of HTTP requests. Typhlo Ruins: Part of the puzzle to get to the shrine. Not totally sure though so if anyone else has some input that would be great. After more reading I think it's that there are two treasures around there. I did this one early in case it was dependant on how many you had and managed to get a fragment.
Though apparently, you can get a feathered spear. Snowfield Stables: Feed the dog like above. Lurelin Village: Feed the dog and he will take you to a chest when happy enough. I tried four times and can't find the kid. Drop some octo balloons on them and he will give you a star fragment. Outskirt Stables: Young girl will give you a star fragment if you already have the master sword. Use magnesis you bring it to the surface. Any mistakes or anything please let me know.
